1. Privacy.

Limited (Chillington) recognises and respects the privacy of users
of this website. When you choose to provide us with information about
yourself, Chillington will act in a responsible manner. Chillington
may store and disclose personal information as allowed or required

or advisable to (i) protect the rights, safety or property of Chillington

your express approval, however, Chillington will not trade, sell or

2. Due Diligence:
We have an obligation
under International and the new EU, Swiss and US Regulations to ensure
that we "know our client".
In common with all respectable professionals,
we require for each instructing client the following; copies of your
company's last three year's audited Accounts (Profit and Loss Sheets
and Balance Sheet); a list of your current purchasing capacities and
simple details of the contract; a copy of your corporate registration
certificate along with your address and communications numbers and
addresses; a brief profile of your company, with a list of your professionals
- accountants, legal advisors, insurance brokers, etc; and in certain
situations a copy of the instructing person's passport or ID document.
For the purchase of the Crude Oil only:
We will ultimately need your
refinery number or refinery registration or a copy of the processing
/ tolling agreement (unpriced).
Please Note: The above data and
any documents are held securely and completely confidentially and
would only be shown to an outside agency only if ordered to do so
by a court order issued within the legal jurisdiction of England &
Wales. At all times we exercise the same, or stricter, care of you
details, data and documents as we would to our own confidential documents.
3. Data Protection.
Chillington is committed to protecting your privacy. We do
not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We do
not use or disclose any information that you may give us, such as
your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside
companies. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 Chillington follows
strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Chillington
works entirely within the requirements of UK Data Protection Act 1998.
Chillington Associates Limited is registered under the UK Data Protection
Act 1998 for the holding of both personal date and corporate data. Such data is used solely for internal due diligence and compliance,
and to fulfil your instruction. Chillington is registered under the
UK Data Protection Act 1998 and with the UK’s Information Commissioner
under Registration Number Z8608247.
